This property was commissioned to the Agraz & Gitlin Arquitectos office by a High-Tech fanatic, so in addition to making a spectacular design, the project managers decided to go one step further and propose a smart home. The result is one of the best examples of the possibilities that Control4 offers: not only the audio and lighting were automated, but also the terrace heaters, the sliding roof upstairs and even an electric piano. Can a home be more modern? In fact, yes: through the “Alexa” system, the house is controlled using voice commands.
