For this project, a property for a family developed by Serrano & Monjaraz Arquitectos, it was proposed to create the ideal home, one in which we find from a home theater to a gym and a spa. However, the house reached another level by applying Control4 technology: in addition to aspects such as lighting, video and audio, home entertainment, security and even smart glass installed in the bathrooms that changes from translucent to opaque was also automated. . Not for nothing was this house the winner of the “Best Integrated Home” Award at the CIDE Awards, an organization that rewards the best projects worldwide.
