This is a residential space like no other in Mexico City: it consists of four 41-story towers located on a plot of 18 thousand square meters that adjoins a golf course. The intention of its developers was to exceed the highest expectations in terms of luxury, comfort, safety and practicality.
To achieve this, one of their decisions was to apply Control4 technology both in the departments (each one has the basic automation package) and in the common areas, the result is a division that meets the most rigorous standards. The experience is complemented with services that residents would find in a hotel and that were also automated, such as Valet Parking or the reservation of amenities. In this way, Residence Bosque Real is not only a luxury residential, but an intelligent property.
